Zeahlot Lopez, CEO and founder of Vida Therapy Inc. is a dually licensed psychotherapist, licensed cosmetologist, and entrepreneurial coach helping humans rebuild their spirit. Guided by her intuition, clinical training, life experience, and some luck she currently helps individuals and families lead a happier life! Aside from providing therapy to better the lives of her clients, she enjoys coaching entrepreneurs and women of color who are looking to increase their emotional intelligence. She also is a keynote speaker passionate about educating individuals on the importance of mental health and has spoken at many universities, non-profits, and various corporations in Los Angeles. Most recently, she has been featured as speaker on Univision, The Therapy Reimagined Conference, The Stem Conference of Los Angeles, and The Los Angeles Philharmonic.
Additionally, Zeahlot has had a vast amount of experience working with LatinX individuals over the years working in private practice and previously with an agency contracted by the Department of Mental Health in the San Fernando Valley. Zeahlot, who trained under the Latino Family Program at Philips Graduate Institute, has a well-developed understanding of how to work with LatinX individuals in therapy to effectively elicit wellness for the client. Lastly, Zeahlot is the proud daughter of a mama deficil! She enjoys the dichos she has learned over the years from her mamita and now uses them to help women build better relationship with their mothers. Her hope is that we may heal as women, mothers, and spirits yearning to connect.
